Pick up and drop off.
I am insured to pick up and drop off your dog. There will be a small charge to cover petrol costs.
If you use this service, please ensure you dog has suitable restraint, that is fitted correctly. A collar or harness that isn't loose. A harness is better if you have one. This ensures I can safely secure them in my car, and means they can not slip out their collar in a new, unfamiliar place.

Dematting Policy
Sanity before Vanity.
If your dog is matted, I will always put their health, safety and well being first. Matts can not simply be brushed out.
If the matting covers a large area, your dog will need to be clipped off as this is the kindest option.
If the matting is in common places, such as behind the ears and the groin area, then these will need to be clipped, due to the sensitivity of the areas.
Harnesses and collars can often cause matting, where they rub the dogs coats. Sometimes tools can be used to remove smaller matts ( if the dog allows.) If not these areas will need to be clipped.
If your dog is matted, please let me know when you book so I can allow extra time.
I am happy to discuss how to prevent matting, and I am happy to show you the best way to brush your dog if you ask.
Dematting and clipping matts off is time consuming and blunts equipment, so a dematting charge may apply.
